CEIA JANUS is an ultrabroadband millimetre-wave security scanner for people screening. In a single pass it finds concealed metallic, ceramic and explosive threats, whatever they are made of, without any additional equipment or reconfiguration.

JANUS illuminates the person with localised electromagnetic waves sent and received by electronically scanned transducer arrays. Elliptical arrays give wide angular coverage, with near-field focusing and very uniform illumination over the whole body.

A 19.5-inch high-resolution touchscreen shows results at a glance and gives operators simple control of the system. It mounts ergonomically at the screening station.

Built for busy checkpoints
